BRIEF BIODATA OF PUSHPA KASHINATH

Summary:

 

Pushpa Kashinath hails from an illustrious music family, her father being Sri. B. Vishwanth, a veteran violinist and her father-in-law being the famous violinist late Sri. A. Veerabhadriah of Aruna Musicals. She is a grand daughter of the noted Harmonium artist of Karnataks Late Sri. Arunachalappa. With the musical genius in the family, she had her initial training in Veena from Smt. T. Sharada and later from Late Sri. Anoor S. Ramakrishna.

She is being regularly featured on the All India Radio and TV stations. She has performed all over India and USA including her performance at the S. V. Temple in the year 1999. She has to her credit number of awards including the award from the Karnataka government and the latest being the Ananya Puraskar from the Ananya Academy of Arts.

She has brought our number of CDs and Cassettes.

Pushpa Kashinath will be in USA and available for concerts during May, June, July, August 2005.
